They will provide everything from direct mail marketing to open houses. Your agent will run an in depth property analysis and come up with the best pricing strategy to complete a profitable sale. In addition, your home will have a higher exposure rate due to Prosper Realty’s superior marketing technology. 2. Prosper Direct clients - Your Prosper Realty agent will give you suggestions to prepare your house for sale. The home will be listed in the MLS with a yard sign and lock box. Your agent will assist you in marketing the property giving you access to brochures, direct mail, online advertisement, etc. In addition, your agent will give you a data driven pricing strategy and market updates. With both options Prosper Realty, LLC will focus solely on selling your home. Using state of the art technology we give you an advantage over the other homes on the market. No matter which option you choose your Prosper Realty agent or home coordinator will be available to assist your needs. How Much Do I Save With The Prosper Direct Option?With the traditional listing agreement the listing agent typically receives 3% of the sales price. Prosper Direct clients will pay an upfront retainer fee of $750 and then $3250 through the close of escrow. Here is an example of a $500,000 sales price: Sales Price $500,000 Prosper Direct up front $750 Commission Saved $11,000 Do the Prosper Realty Direct clients have access to the same marketing material?The marketing tools are available for both our traditional real estate clients and our Prosper Direct clients. The difference is our traditional real estate clients will have their agent implementing our tools as part of the service. The Prosper Realty Direct clients will have to implement these tools themselves but will have access to them. |
