Through Short Sales, REO's, and Investment Properties over the past 15 years the principles of Prosper Realty have built a network of vendors that have the expertise and experience for all required repairs.  At Prosper Realty, LLC we understand that whichever type of project we are doing from REO's to full Rehab's the profit margin will be cotrolled by the costs associated with the project.  With this in mind our system adheres to a tight budget but does not  waiver from quality workmanship and is completed in a timely manner.

In the market today many REO agents either tolerate or allow overcharging for REO repairs and property preservation services.  Many times they either don't care or have a finacial stake in the service.  The reason Prosper Realty provides the lenders and asset managers a higher return is that our costs are usually 50-75% less than with other REO agents
