The principles of Prosper Realty, LLC first started working with REO's and Short Sales in the late 1990's and have developed a program that is designed make the distressed property transaction a smooth process.  With our relationships with our Asset Mangers, Mitigation Departments, Vendors we have been able to excel at creating the best scenario in a difficult transaction.  This division of Prosper Realty strives to make these tough transactions a win-win for all that are involved.

Since we have been doing this for the past decade we have implemented a system that ensures higher profitability for the lender and decrease the amount of time properties sit in the portfolio.  Prosper Realty has the finacial backing to be able to manage over 200 properties without needing assistance from the servicing company.
