Prosper Realty, LLC offers a unique and extremely aggressive approach for buyers and sellers to benefit in the purchase or sale of the property. The rebate program is designed to reward home buyers and sellers who want to take some of the responsibility of their real estate transaction.

The Rebate for buyers:

Prosper Realty, LLC understands that in this age of technology more and more home buyers start their initial search on the Internet. Prosper Realty offers those buyers who know what they are looking for and feel comfortable doing the required research a way to be compensated after the close of escrow.

In order for the homebuyer to receive a rebate and for Prosper Realty to receive a commission, the homebuyer must make it clear to all parties that Prosper Realty is representing you as your real estate broker in the purchase transaction. It is recommended that you follow these steps to avoid any confusion with respect to who represents you in the transaction:

1. If visiting an open house you are asked by the realtor if you are working with an agent on your home search, inform them that you are being represented by Prosper Realty, LLC.

2. Remember if you are visiting a new home subdivision many builders require you to have an agent with you on your first visit or they may not allow the commission to be paid. So before you sign in on their guest book you want to find out the policy of the builder to ensure you get paid the rebate. If you have any questions call your Prosper Realty, LLC agent to discuss.

3. If you need a tour for either a private home or new build home schedule through your Prosper Realty agent.

4. Only make offers through your Prosper Realty, LLC agent.

Please remember if you are contractually obligated to work with another real estate broker then Prosper Realty, LLC will not be able to help you until the contract expires or if that broker releases you from your obligation.

HOW MUCH WILL MY REBATE BE?

Your rebate can be as high as 70% of the total commission received on the transaction. Here is an example of how it works:

Purchase Price $500,000
Total Commission $15,000
Prosper Realty, LLC $4,500
Your Rebate $10,500

Prosper Realty, LLC has a $2000 minimum that is collected. The amount of interaction you require from the agent will determine the amount of your rebate. If Prosper Realty is hired just to negotiate and facilitate the inspections, appraisal, and title work and is not required to show the buyer homes then you are eligible for the full 70% rebate.

Prosper Realty, LLC will take clients on home tours to view potential properties. Home tours will be three hours in duration and there is no limit on the amount of homes that can be viewed. Obviously the closer the homes are in proximity of each other will allow for greater number of homes to be viewed. Each time you require a Prosper Realty Agent to take you on a home tour your rebate will be reduced by $500.00. After the fifth tour all additional tours will require the buyer to pay the $500.00 up front. If you have any questions please call your Prosper Realty, LLC agent.

CONDITIONS:

1.  Buyers must request rebate program upon contacting Prosper Realty, LLC.

2.  New Home Buyers must have a Prosper Agent accompany buyer on first visit.  No Exceptions.

AZ Home Builders are strict about first visit registration requirements.

3.  Buyer is required to be pre-approved with a lender prior to any contract negotiations.

If buyer chooses not to use our preferred lender then max rebate is 45%.
