Prosper Realty, LLC offers both full service and online rebate real estate programs. Our traditional agents will assist you in the full spectrum of the home buying process from loan approval, home search and contract negotiation, to the closing of the transaction. Prosper Realty also offers an online rebate program that gives homebuyers the ability to benefit in their real estate transaction.

With our unique approach and new technology we are able to give the homebuyer the power to share in the compensation by sharing in the work related to the real estate transaction.

For many years Realtors would give discounts to home sellers if they would allow them to represent them in their new home purchase. Their motivation was to be able to not only place a sign with their name on it in the homeowner’s front yard but chances were that the sellers would be upgrading and buying a more expensive home allowing the agent to make up the difference on the purchase. Prosper Realty’s approach differs by giving the consumer the ability to choose which level they wish to participate in the real estate transaction.

What are the Steps to Purchase a home?

  • Get pre-approved with our preferred lender. Not only will you know exactly what you qualify for but you will get great rates and customer service.

  • Find a home!
    Online Clients - You can search for homes using our website that directly links you to the available home on the MLS(Go to our Search Homes Page).  In addition you can use other online sites and newspapers.
    Traditional Clients - Your agent will send you homes that meet your criteria and schedule a time to visit the properties.

  • Write the offer. Once a property is identified then your Prosper Realty Agent takes over. This is where Prosper Realty shines. Your agent will research the property to accumulate enough information to present the most favorable offer on your behalf. This information includes the investigation of market trends, seller motivation, title issues, etc.

  • Follow up with inspections. Your agent will ensure that you meet all of the necessary contractual timelines regarding your purchase (i.e. home inspection, pest inspections, appraisals, etc.)

  • Close the transaction. Your agent will coordinate with the mortgage lender to ensure that your closing documents arrive at title early. In addition, your Prosper Realty agent will communicate with the title company to ensure a smooth closing.

  • Collect your rebate. Go to the rebate page for instructions on receiving your rebate.
